Notice

Please give us at least 3–7 days’ notice for most cakes. Weekends and special dates book up first, so get in touch early. For wedding cakes, contact us as early as possible to secure your date.

Deposits & cancellations

A 20% deposit secures your date and order. The deposit is non-refundable, because we reserve your slot and begin planning your cake once it is paid.

Delivery & collection

Collect from us in Gillingham (ME7) at an agreed time. We are open every day, 9am–6pm. We also deliver across Gillingham, Chatham, Rochester, Rainham, Sittingbourne, wider Kent and East London. Delivery is priced by distance and quoted when you order.

Halal cakes: available on request
Eggless cakes: available on request
Gluten-free and vegan cakes: not currently offered

Allergen information

Our cakes are made in a home kitchen that handles nuts (including pistachio, and hazelnut in Nutella and Kinder Bueno), as well as gluten (wheat), eggs and milk. Some ingredients may also contain soya. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from these allergens.

Please tell us about every allergy or intolerance when you order. We hold Food Allergen certification and will gladly talk you through the ingredients in your order. The 14 major allergens are celery, cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya and sulphites.

Do you make halal cakes?

Yes, we make halal cakes. Just mention it when you place your order.

Do you make eggless cakes?

Yes, we can make eggless cakes on request. Let us know when you order.

Can you make a nut-free cake?

Our kitchen uses nuts, including pistachio and hazelnut products such as Nutella and Kinder Bueno, so we cannot guarantee that any of our cakes are nut-free. We are Food Allergen certified, so please tell us about every allergy when you order and we will talk you through the options.

Do you deliver?
